Founded by Mike Noel in 2002, and now run by the next generation of our family, myself, Leah and my mother, Gloria. With a background in business, sales, and management, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the finest wineries, resorts, and local businesses to elevate guest experiences and drive success in a competitive market. My journey started with wine sales and evolved into a career that merges my love for wine, community, and exceptional service.

Having worked extensively in wine/hospitality, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to make every guest feel special—from curating unforgettable wine-tasting experiences to delivering seamless corporate events. I’m committed to creating lasting memories for visitors and helping local businesses thrive in this ever-evolving industry.

I don’t know where to begin! My friends and I decided to visit Napa spur of the moment. We didn’t have much time to research hotels, wineries, or restaurants. I found MG concierge online.
